What is an emergency?
This is something that can not wait until our office reopens and requires immediate attention.
Emergency and urgent matters are considered to be incidents such as risk to life or property, fire, flood or significant damage to the building, loss of lighting in the common parts, lift entrapment and main door not operating.
If you call a tradesman out unnecessarily, you may be liable for the cost involved.
