As landlords ourselves we understand the need for an efficient and effective service for our current and prospective new tenants and clients. The majority of our properties are owned and managed by ourselves to a high standard, not normally associated with rental properties. We respond quickly to any problems and requests as they arise. We only use our own employed trustworthy staff to carry out repairs and maintenance so that all of our properties remain in excellent order throughout the lifecycle of the tenancy.

A high percentage of out clients are achieved through recommendations. Many of our tenants have been with us for over 25 years. We advertise all our properties on the major property portals ie Rightmove etc, social media and on our own website. We are a member of the Devon Landlords Association and an accredited landlord of the National Landlords Association.
