As landlords ourselves we understand the need for an efficient and effective service for our current and prospective new tenants and clients. The majority of our properties are owned and managed by ourselves to a high standard, not normally associated with rental properties. We respond quickly to any problems and requests as they arise, using our own employed trustworthy staff to carry out repairs and maintenance so that all of our properties remain in excellent order throughout the lifecycle of the tenancy.

A high percentage of out clients are achieved through recommendations. Many of our tenants have been with us for over 15 years. We advertise all out properties in the local newspaper, and additionally on property portal websites such as find a property.com. We are a member of the Devon Landlords Association and an accredited landlord of the National Landlords Association.
